Delivery Information

Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply and cost of flowers and greens. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are approximations. However, you may refer to them for general size guidelines.

Same day delivery is available in the U.S. and Canada on orders placed before 2 pm in the recipient's time zone Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday delivery for orders placed by 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone. Sunday deliveries may unfortunately be made the following Monday, if Sunday is not available. Delivery may not be included in the price of the order if a surcharge is required.

We will try to accommodate all delivery requests, however specific times cannot be guaranteed. Funeral deliveries do receive the highest time priority.

  1. You may phone in your credit card number after you submit order.
  2. Credit cards are not processed online while you wait. Done later on our point of sale (POS) software.
  3. You may send payment by PayPal to gifts@brantflorist.com after you receive your invoice.
  4. You may request that order be charged to your pre-approved house account.

  • Delivery will not be made, until you approve and accept the final invoice.
