A family member passed away last night and I wanted to send flowers to his family today. I placed an on line order just before noon and only two hours later I received a photo of the beautiful arrangement that had already been delivered! I have used Brant Florist for years and can always count on them to go above and beyond.

I first chose Brant Florist because they have offices in Canada and the USA. My most recent order needed three changes to the delivery date after my US relative kept changing their plans! The Brant staff members were very helpful and patient. I received notification of delivery immediately. I will continue to place orders through Brant Florist.

I Live in Toronto, am retired and trying to stay in isolation and realized at 2:00 today that it was August 12 - the 95th birthday of a very dear and elegant friend in Burlington. I usually visit her personally and take a gift but because of Covid she preferred not to do that this year. I called Brant at 2:30 asking if they could deliver a plant today as flowers would be difficult for her to take care of. At 95 she has many friends and family phoning so when the owner of Brant Flowers personally attempted to deliver the flowers less than an hour later he couldn't reach her on the phone. She lives - still on her own - in a high rise so he took them to her door and she is Absolutely Delighted with the beautiful plant of orchids and greenery Brant Flowers delivered. She commented to me that this kind of personal attention and care is why Brant Flowers has been considered The Best Florist in Burlington for years and years. I live in Texas and my family is in Burlington, Brant florist makes it so easy to order flowers and gifts for different occasions. They also are extremely wonderful when it comes to helping elderly people with the gifts or flowers I send get them in the house, this on its own makes me use them time and time again!

Ordered flowers on-line then requested a call about the order. Received a very professional and service oriented call back. When the flowers were delivered I received this message from the recipient: “Well thank you! What a delightful surprise! This is my favorite kind of bouquet and they smell so lovely!” Such a great experience with Brant Florist!

Last week we suddenly realized that it was our sister's 85th Birthday the next day, and we wanted to do something a little extra special for her. FLOWERS. Absolutely amazed by the level of service I received. I placed the order on Thursday night at 8pm (GMT+2), with a flex delivery period from Friday to Saturday. Instead, it arrived at the recipient within 3 hours. She sent a photo - the flowers were gorgeous. I'd been struggling to find an American flower shop to order from (I am in South Africa) when I found Brant Florist. They completely surpassed my expectations. Will definitely make use of them again if I need to send love and flowers from afar!

At difficult times, they have been supportive and offered expert guidance to help make selections that have given comfort. Most recently, I sent flowers to an aunt in Scotland and having some concern over the delivery during this pandemic, I received several follow up emails to assure me that calls were made and the delivery was confirmed. Brant Florist - you did it again! The table centres brightened up the room at our Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast this past Saturday. Also, the presentation bouquet was so pretty and it was a vibrant splash of colours. The order of 10 table centres of various colours with no two being alike and you did it - they all looked amazing. i was very very pleased with this service, it was very impressive how easy the online form was to place the order, but the best was that it arrived super promptly and at the perfect time, I think it was delivered only two hours after placing to the nursing home , the prices are definitely on the high side for the sizes of items but with service that fast and efficient it's worth it. probably the best flower delivery experience ive had, and I'm 6 states away! ?? thanks and God bless

I ordered a "custom" stand of flowers for a funeral visitation yesterday. They were on time and were exactly what I had ordered - they were elegant, classy, well put together and so beautiful. I had mentioned on my internet order that the flowers also had to travel to another location which is a long drive away and Ken called me and made suggestions as to what flowers would travel well and be very similar to what I wanted but wouldn't stink the vehicle out and would also endure the long car journey. I know Brant Florist has a ton of great reviews, but I have to add one more based on 4 points. First, ordering on line was very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Secondly, when I gave them the option of 2 delivery dates, they didn't take the easy way out and delivered on my first choice of timing. Thirdly, and I was quite impressed by this, there was no one home to receive our Good Friday flower arrangement so they delivered next door... But they didn't stop there, I received a personal call later that day to ensure that I had received them. And lastly, the flower arrangement itself... Full, colourful and beautiful. We ordered flower three times in the past year. The first two, delivered in Burlington, were exactly as shown and looked beautiful. The last one, delivered in London, Ontario was smaller than shown, and less impressive.

Hi Guys, I've just been speaking to the Birthday Girl -- 50 today -- she was thrilled with the flowers. She was also very impressed with the "sweet lady" who delivered them. Here's the thing Rosie had given me an address which I thought was a bit odd, for a house. But--hey maybe in a special development they numbered things oddly. The delivery lady in Visalia picked immediately that the address was a post office box. She phoned Rosie and asked if she wouldn't prefer to have the flowers delivered where she was. Which of course she did prefer. My mistake could have produced a sadly wilted ending. Far from that, it was a perfect outcome. Initiative and good sense on the part of your florist saved the day (and my bacon). I just love people who use their head and problem-solve. Well done the Team!

I ordered the Peaceful Garden arrangement as a sympathy tribute, sent to a funeral home in Niagara Falls on Jan. 15th. We attended the funeral home and were very pleased with the beautiful arrangement of plants and white flowers. Our daughter and Son-in-law were married on Aug 25th 2012 and we had the pleasure of having Debbie as our floral designer. She paid attention to every detail we asked for and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous from the bouquets, the corsages to the arrangements at the church. However, the centerpieces were the show-stoppers at her venue at the Eglinton Grand. When you walked in the ballroom they took your breath away. Not only was the work beautiful but Debbie was the most charming and caring designer I have ever worked with, and on such a special day that is such an important part of the most important day of your life!
