May be ordered by phone or in store. It is necessary that you consult with one of our instore staff to check availability. Restrictions may apply. Many of the products in this classification require longer lead times. Some may be seasonal and some are pick up only. Delivery may be available subject to minimum order value. Wedding designs usually require pre-order. Our phone staff will be able to assist you. If you phone the call center which comes on when we are closed, we will call you back to discuss your order. Please be sure to provide a phone number where we will be able to reach you from 8 to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 8 to 5 pm on Saturday. Evening call backs may be requested. This service may not be available on Sundays or at major floral holidays.
We can create any of these types of products on short notice using fresh flowers we have in stock at the time. As we carry a large supply of fresh flowers, this often meets the needs of many customers. This service may only take 5 to 30 minutes while you wait, depending on the item you need. We have several very fast creative floral designers working in the shop when we are open. This service may not be available on Sundays or at major floral holidays.
A surcharge may be required for un-served locations, rural routes, farms, remote places, the far north and higher cost product and/or delivery locations. After choosing your delivery location and adding your item to the shopping cart, the order summary will indicate if we are aware that a surcharge is required.
